Galvanized square pipes are processed on the basis of square pipes. Galvanized square pipes are mainly galvanized on square pipes formed by steel pipes. Thus forming a galvanized square tube. Cold-dip galvanized square tube is actually a square tube formed by electro-galvanizing. The main principle of hot-dip galvanized square pipe is to remove rust from the square pipe and then immerse it in molten zinc liquid at about 500°C, so that the zinc layer can be attached to the surface of the square pipe. So as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. The main processes include off-line annealing and in-prefecture annealing. The main production methods are wet hot-dip galvanizing, Huilin hot-dip galvanizing and Sendzimir method.

The difference between galvanized finished products:
1. The inner and outer walls of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are galvanized, while only the outer walls of cold-dip galvanized steel pipes are galvanized;
2. The cold plating layer is uniform and the thickness is very thin; the hot plating layer is thicker and the thickness is uneven.
3. The appearance of cold plating is bright, while the color of hot plating is darker.
4. Because the cold plating layer is thin, the corrosion resistance is poor; because the hot plating layer is dozens of times thicker than cold galvanizing, and it forms a penetration layer with the base metal, the corrosion resistance is good.
5. The surface of cold-dip galvanized steel pipes looks brighter and smoother; the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes is not as delicate and bright as that of cold-dip galvanized steel pipes. The surface of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes seems to have some uneven bumps, and the surface is not shiny and not very reflective. .
